Updated first post, the magic is in motion... got rid of 'NOISMKR', now just riDEEKulous STi.

Looks like a load of fun to be had... Sheer pleasure in a box... 
That is THE worst place to put it. The 02's had an issue with EGT's calling it quits and getting ingested into the turbo. Better off plugging that one off.
Leak-down results: 4% 9% 0% 15%
Cylinder 4 was the 15%, which started at 40% :-o. He reseated his gauge, 40% again. Very lightly tapped the valves and it went down to 15%. He said that its probably sticky or dirty from sitting a while without oil. So we're not really concerned at this point, it should sort out once its fired up and fresh oil goes in there. We're going to do a compression test once its in the bay, before doing anything else.
