I was born in Mobile, AL. Moved to Donaldson, AR when I was a baby, luckily, so I wasn't brought up in a white trash environment. AR is where I learned how to fish, hunt, ride motorcycles, four wheelers, and drive a Jeep. My parents are still married, which I believe has had a positive effect in my relationship with me and my wife. Almost all of my family is in Malvern/Donaldson, AR still. I went to school at Malvern up until the end of 5th grade then moved to Ouachita. Graduated in 2003 from ouachita high school. I was the first employee hired by Diamond Lakes Watersports. To this day that was the most fun and rewarding job ever. I left DLWS to join the Army and go to school to be an X-ray Tech. I graduated X-ray school in July '05. After I graduated I had to get ready to marry my beautiful wife. On August 5, 2005 me and Lendsay were married in Gulf Shores, AL. The original plan was to be married in Seaside, FL (where "The Truman Show" was filmed). That plan was literally destroyed by a hurricane. In one Week the wedding was organized and replanned to be had in Gulf Shores, AL. After our honeymoon in New Orleans the tragic Hurricane Katrina tore through New Orleans 3 days after we left. We were lucky is what I am getting at. After we got married we moved to Dallas. Lendsay was going to the Art Institute and I started working Valet to pay the bills. Finally I got a job at Presby Plano Hospital. I have been working there ever since. In March '07 we got a dog. Not just any dog though, a Brussels Griffon. His name is Baxter. I don't think many things are "cute" but he is cute. I am still in the National guard at this point. In October 2007 I got a call from my squad leader. We were getting ready to deploy. Didn't know when didn't know where. Spent the next year training with my unit to get ready for the deployment. In June '08 my unit started training until Aug '08. We had a 2 week break then went back and trained until Oct '08. We deployed to Iraq in Nov '08. We were deployed to Iraq and were there for 9 mos doing convoy security. I was a Humvee driver and a CROWS gunner. During this time Lendsay graduated with a bachelors degree in interior design. It was the best of times and it was the worst of times. I made some great lifelong friends. Our deployment came to an end in Aug '09. We finally were home. We came back to El Paso, TX. We finally got out of the desert just to end up right back in the stinkin' desert! It was short lived though. By Late August we were all back home with our families. Since then I have been working in the same place in the same position as before. Me and Lendsay recently bought a house and are engulfed in home ownership.
