What is the proper way of getting inside a vehicle?

I've got to be honest, I saw this thread and was thinking "What in the f..." but I'm glad I read it. The question and first response made me laugh. Now to actually contribute...I would say you have to step in, the number of bolsters I have seen that look like someone sat only on the bolster...

    Lean with Missfire's

Sorry for being MIA on this one. In regards to passing emissions that should not be a problem. I cannot guarentee this will work for you, but I paired one of these https://www.amazon.com/dp/B005NLQAHS/ref=cm_sw_em_r_mt_dp_U_rgVUDbRJVY5CX with my truck and passed inspection every year by...

Round 2: My 2015 Galaxy Blue Journal

Sounds good. I like the COBB sound in general, I think they did a good job getting the best combo of throaty and rumble. I had a catted Invidia mated to the N1 race on my 06 STi. That was obnoxious. Not sure how anyone runs the N1 race exhaust and likes it for more than a day.

Round 2: My 2015 Galaxy Blue Journal

Technically yes I do need one to pass inspection (visual and hooked to computer). To be honest, I prefer having one anyway (less fumes and better for the environment). I'm no tree hugger by any means, but we do try to do what we can within reason. I am considering going with a full COBB...

Round 2: My 2015 Galaxy Blue Journal

Been MIA for a while due to some tragic circumstances. My younger sister was murdered 3 miles from her Air Force base. I won't get into all the details in this thread, but it has been a tough few weeks. She was 24 and about to be honorably discharged and home for Xmas. My parents are...

    The Health and Fitness Thread

Mainly water (no brand, just tap). Couldn't say how much. I have a squirt top bottle that I carry everywhere (sad but I find that having a squirt top vs a screw lid gets me to drink more). I would guess I drink about 100oz a day. If I ride that day then 130-150oz. I drink a little...

    The Health and Fitness Thread

31, 5'9" 160lbs I coach soccer, ride my bike in online races about 2 times a week, and have a 3 year old... So he keeps me pretty active. Diet wise we just focus on small portions (I'm less likely to over eat if I go back for seconds vs. starting with a big plate of food). I eat very fast too...

    The Health and Fitness Thread

I would say I'm into health and fitness, but I've never gotten into any of the fancy body scans. As a health and pe major we were taught how to calculate body fat which can be somewhat useful. I quickly learned bmi is a dumb thing to calculate. And as with most things in life there isn't one...

    The Hunting & Fishing Thread

He will be 4 in March. Thus having a while for hunting. He has a surprising level of patience though and I think would do well with fishing by next summer.

    New guy

Not sure if you are on Facebook, but that is typically where I find small meet ups. We have 2 every month here in South Central PA at a couple of burger places.

    The Hunting & Fishing Thread

Yeah I haven't been doing much of either lately but my son has shown some interest in fishing so we will probably start that soon. Hunting will be a ways off probably.

I would simply check all of the bolts at the crank arms, seat post, etc (anything attached to the frame). After that, remove the bolt that holds the crank arms into the BB. Clean everything up, re-grease as applicable and torque it back down. Not much to it.

So I have found that your bike uses a threaded BB which you should be able to remove if needed, but I would personally begin with checking all of the mounting screws. If everything is at the correct torque then I would remove the crank arms and check how clean everything is. Re-grease it and...

The joy of bicycling (from the perspective of a group of car enthusiasts)

haha on Zwift I am mainly doing short races 30-45mins so I can go pretty hard. It is amazing how much more I can push myself in that format as well (I'm very competitive). Remind me again what bike you bought this time? I can figure out what style BB you have. You should be able to address...

Round 2: My 2015 Galaxy Blue Journal

Looking at ordering a turboback exhaust from Jordan in the coming weeks. Undecided on which direction to go. Downpipe Option 1: MAPerformance Catted DP (higher quality, made in USA, small cat questionable if it will pass testing) Option 1a: Above DP with GESI CAT adds $275 making it $275 more...

That's awesome. Glad you are enjoying it and seeing nice results. I've just started pushing myself the past 3 days and am already noticing my fitness coming back. Really happy with my ride/race last night. I strongly recommend stretching after you ride, every time. You will see your...
