I agree with HolyCrapItsFast because when I had my 05 STi which was fitted with a 35r the car was fun but just way too much power for regular street use or as a daily commuter. I was pushing 437whp on pump gas and to really get the surge of power I had to be well over 4k rpm for the sledge... -

EWG on a mostly stock STi safe?

Bad weather driving
Yeah it was a pain in the ass to get it clean because most of it was grass and that shit went in every nook and cranny. I spent a good $16 in quarters at the local car pressure wash :( Never did that again lol -

This is the only one I could find. It was back when I had my 05 STi and decided to take the Subie out to one of the many dirt roads and fields on Fort Lewis. I had fun but was going slow and taking it easy because there was a ton of potholes and it was super wet out. Enjoy :) -

Also not really related to your issue but if you ever purchase a Turbo XS TBE make sure you have something to cover up the second O2 sensor hole. In my rush to get it installed I completely forget about it and my car sounded like shit and I had no power. Here is a video of it shortly after... -
Why would they sell this car for so little if they actually invested so much?
Nearly all cars will lose their value if OEM parts are swapped with aftermarkets parts, especially if its performance related. It falls behind the belief that modded Subaru are built to increase performance and therefor driven harshly. Although that may not be the case for everyone the simple...- Bang876
