    Noises after shifter bushings

https://vimeo.com/412154535 Best I could get by myself. Not the whine, it?s the faint grinding in the background. Louder in person. Most noticeable when gearing down/low rpms. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    Noises after shifter bushings

So I know that the loud tranny whine is normal after installing aftermarket shifter bushings. That?s all fine and dandy. But there?s another noise that?s bothering me. I?m going to try and record it today. But once the car is all warmed up. Wether I?m sitting in neutral or gearing down it...

    GNP shifter bushings installed!

I?m going to make sure I?m pushing the clutch down all the way and take it slow. But the best way I can describe the noise is like a ?crunch? or a ?kkkrkk? but it sounds like it?s coming from the shifter not like a metal gear grind. It?s a vibration in the shifter I can feel. Sent from my...

    GNP shifter bushings installed!

So what your saying is the noise is probably nothing bad like synchros or anything. Short shifter would get rid of it? It?s a 2013 that?s stock with 104,000 km on it so it?s not abused. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    GNP shifter bushings installed!

Finally installed these bad boys. Man was it a pain the butt. Ended up getting my mechanic to finish the job because I was exhausted and didnt have a lift. Shifting is so much better and Crisp. But man can you hear that tranny now! Got a catback exhaust on the way so it shouldnt be a bother...

    New exhaust!

Just purchased the ETS Extreme Catback. No mufflers, no resonator. Beautiful burnt titanium tips. Pure subie rumble. Can?t wait for it to get here. Minus the downpipe, the link below should be somewhat what it sounds like. ? https://youtu.be/X8gLMVM_VtY Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    Aggressive cat back?

I have a 2013 sti. Looking to get my first cat back. I was looking at tomei, Invidia n1 and AWE racing. I want loud and aggressive for that subie rumble. Any ideas on which one or any? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    Love fellow Subaru drivers!

Go to the bank, minding my own business and what not. Come back out, there?s another sti like 20 ft from me with 3 guys chilling by it. I get in my car, and they give me the ?subie wave? haha. So I pull up, get out and we chat away and check out the cars. I?ve owned many cars in my short life...

    Whining noise

Took it to the shop. I was just paranoid. It was just the alternator doing it?s thing. All is good. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    Whining noise

I mean I thought whining. I don?t know what would be grinding. I wasn?t in gear or anything. It makes the same noise if I?m in neutral or gear Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    Whining noise

2013 sti with 100,000 km on it. Hear what I can describe as a whining noise at idle. When warmed up. Any thoughts? Kind of sounds like air going somewhere as well. Ignore me moving the phone, that?s my coat. If I give it some gas, it gets a bit louder but dissipates after that. Maybe a pulley...

    93 vs 94 octane?

Well based on that article, I?m just gonna stick to 94. The price difference isn?t huge between 93-94 and I usually go to Petro Canada. Which has 87-89-91-94. So 94 it is Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
