    Hello from Delaware

Other than the AP, no external gauges yet. I do plan on getting a wideband O2 + AFR gauge. there is a factory boost gauge in the little info screen. Oil pressure/temp would be nice to have a gauge for, something like this maybe...

    Hello from Delaware

I am only a 2 hour drive from IAG so not a huge deal if I need to get to them. I hope to have them do the short block swap and tuning when the time comes. That sucks there aren?t any tuners near you. Maybe you could try an e-tune? I have read that they are pretty good if done by a reputable tuner.

    Hello from Delaware

I know I should leave it stock and ride out the warranty, but I think we both know I?m not going to do that . Im trying to stay within reason without blowing up the engine but if it does I?ll just have to advance the short block swap. Do you know anything of the history before you...

    Hello from Delaware

Looks like the IAG stage 2.5 closed deck short block is what ill end up going with. With the option to add Cosworth pistons (proprietary alloy similar to 4032). seems the 4032 has less thermal expansion allowing tighter tolerances which reduces piston slap and cylinder wear. Now you guys have...

    Hello from Delaware

Will look into IAG closed deck options. Think the next step up to stage 3 is closed deck for like $800 more than stage 2. Probably worth the difference. Will have to do more research on the pistons as well. Thanks for the advice

    Hello from Delaware

Yeah I don?t move until coolant is up to temp and nothing hard until oil is up to temp. Not excessive WOT :?, definitely not from low rpms. Don?t really ever hard launch it. She gets driven hard but in a respectful manner

    Hello from Delaware

Are you saying I shouldn?t go to my stage 3+ without upgraded internals? I plan on getting an IAG stage 2 short block before going any further past that. Seems like most people say ~350whp is the limit for stock with a safe tune. Of course that varies a lot who you ask and of course the dyno...

    Hello from Delaware

Ive been spending most of my time in the northeast but I?m sure eventually I will make it out to the Midwest. Plenty of turbines out there haha. Will definitely let you know if I?m out that way.

    Hello from Delaware

Yeah it?s a pretty sweet gig. I am 28, worked a bunch of shit jobs before and kinda fell into this with a bit of luck. Traveling all the time can get stressful but I love working on the turbines. Going to Australia this April for a few months to put up some new turbines.

    Hello from Delaware

I install, repair and maintain utility scale wind turbines. Travel most of the year so my STI is my toy on the occasions that I get to go home. No wife/kids or mortgage and minor other expenses (company covers everything travel related) so fairly high disposable income.

    Hello from Delaware

So after some thought, I have condensed these 3 phases into 2, mostly to save on 1 round of tuning. Also some minor changes to the parts, stronger clutch, heavier flywheel, mishimoto tmic, cusco engine mounts. Stage 3+ ~325whp: Killer B Holy header Mishimoto TMIC Cobb XLE BPV Tial 38mm WG Cobb...

    Reducing understeer

So I found a nice lightly used 22mm (2mm over stock) rear sway bar with kartboy links for a very good deal so I will be giving that a try. Will try playing with tire pressures as well and see if that helps. Have been looking at adjustable coilovers, probably going to go with ohlins, but that...

    Hello from Delaware

These are the rooducts i saw, maybe you were referring to something else. these seem like they would work, but kinda sketchy. Ill have to take a look around and see if there's a way I can pipe in some dryer hose from the foglight similar to the APR kit without buying their $7-800 kit :D

    Hello from Delaware

I like the idea of getting more airflow to the brakes. just now looking at the ducting kit APR makes, while quite pricey, appears that it would be very effective. The rooducts/boomba look interesting but I'm not crazy that they hang below the control arm. seems like its just begging to get...

    Hello from Delaware

It's between the Hawk HPS or Cosworth Streetmaster pads. Have ready very good things about both, but the cosworths are a little cheaper. still have some life in the factory pads though so going to burn them up first :D
