Whatever you do, make sure you plow the area well. Nothing sucks worse than a root through your tire at speed.

I have seen some of the motegi rims, all were very heavy.

Sounds like the private rally course I use. It's on a 1X1 mile plot of farm land.

You're going to use the property for a rally course?

I really only like the rally look on the bugeye and earlier imprezas myself. I love the spotlights on the bugeyes, and the roofrack does look awesome on the bugeye as well. In the end either way it will look badass because it's a bugeye.

Sorry to post late, but I love the bugeye. A 350Z without boost is a pretty paperweight. Good luck getting it all together!

Black rims on a silver car looks nice. Post pics when you get it all done.

Thanks for the clutch help, thats actually the one I was eyeballing. I most likely will keep the stock flywheel though. As for the exhaust I have the full Cobb TBE on now and love the noise 90% of the time, but I would like an electronic cut out before the muffler to make it hella loud when I...

I about crapped my pants yesterday. After coming home from job #2 I checked my oil as I usually do a few times a week, and the dipstick was dry. I waited a few minutes and rechecked and the oil was just low then. I looked under the car and checked the plastic under piece and there was nothing...

I was leary about CF driveshafts, but I ran one on my last car. They can handle all kinds of abuse and power. I did a bunch of drifting in my Z, and never once had an issue. I even used it for some drag, and it held up fine. The car had 295s on the back, it hooked and launched hard in boost. The...

I am still reading into the clutches to figure out what to get. I don't mind a stiff pedal at all, but I don't want overkill. I just want a clutch that will be durable for a car with mid 300 whp power range. My OEM clutch is just starting to let me know it's time to start looking. The brands I...

Just got my Cobb TBE in. I took the downpipe, had it ceramic coated, then wrapped with DEI header wrap. Reflashed to Stage 2 with my AP. I took it around with just the downpipe hooked up, since my doughnut gasket fell apart completely. Hopefully I will have the rest on by wednesday since the...

GR Zoltar's 2008 AW STI "AttackBunny" now with 100% more bunny

Nice ride! How do you like the pulley? I just got a black one, and I am having it powdercoated on the face black to make it look stock.

Ouch! I have had that happen to me, at speed. I almost deuced myself.

Time to make a toast to Marty's 2006 PPG Candy Wineberry STi

Subaru should take note and make that a factory color on the new sti's. I usually hate aftermarket paint jobs, but that is just beautiful. Very classy for sure.

    The Nerd's 06 STi

That's what I kinda thought. I was worried that was a structural piece. I remember seeing a video of a sti that lost its wing @ 150+mph, and it wasn't pretty. I push my car quite often, so that is important to me. I frequent places where you have a clear view in all directions for 5+ miles and...

Sorry for the confusion there, I ment the wing on the roof. I hate the way it looks when that is there, and the trunk is wingless. Also a buddy of mine who I respect more than anyone I have ever met in the automotive industry told me removing the trunk's wing and leaving that piece on may create...

Anyone know how hard removing the wing on the roof would be? I want to get this thing wingless, and be more of a sleeper.

The friendly ghost- My 2005 AW STi

I tried something similar to that once actually. I had my Netbook hooked up to my AP while it was in the car. It needs a way to interface with all the monitors and show all the gauges. That would be badass to see. My little bro uses a Vagcom program on a tablet on his Audi S8, but it's not...
