I too have BC272 and port and polished heads. I only went 1mm over. Make sure you have enough fuel pump as at the higher boost levels the pump can't keep up. I'm running 1300cc injectors at 60psi base pressure with the new Walbro Hellcat pump hard wired

It looks similar to the FP Green and I made 402hp at 24psi on 93oct. I bet you can make the same and make close to 500hp on e-85 at around 30 psi. This all of course is on a Mustang Dyno at factory calibration settings

I made 432hp and 372tq on 93 at 24psi. This is an FP Black but tuned for track duty so no crazy boost. I am going to either do a front mount soon or a custom AWIC as intake temps get crazy high. During tuning we would almost hit 200 degrees. I really want to go AWIC just need to find the time...
