Oh! Another thing. I had to pick up a piece of kid's furniture at Ikea the other day and saw this in the parking lot. Of course, I left a forum referral card... And yes, it is pulling a small trailer.

Sadly, not really. Little by little I've been getting things done around the house. But the Batmobile has been on an extended back burner. My wife is pregnant again and for the last 8-10 weeks, she has been throwing up every hour. That leaves me to watch the kid most of the time and it...

AOS Install then OBD fault code p0390

After the experience of my personal engine build AND dealing with automotive electronics and wire harnesses literally every day at work, I feel that your theory is highly probable.

Multiple lights on dash. Some steady, some flashing.

A CEL doesn't necessarily disable cruise control (or flash). A CEL that flashes/cause the cruise light to flash (depends on model year) is a sign that the engine is now operating in Limp Mode, which among other things, disables cruise control and electronic boost control (leaving you with the...

    1) Does that animal have to realistically be around me for that to happen? Because I would say Elk, except I'd have to go out west to get one. But yes, Elk is amazing and that would have to be my choice. ( Otherwise, I would be pretty happy with a southern Michigan Whitetail Deer in the...

Hell...if its the right time of the year, we could go shoot something ourselves and put that in the smoker! It doesn't get any more "field to fork" than that.

Seriously guys? I thought everyone knew about the meat sweats... (def): A variation on the food coma, the meat sweats are an as-of-yet medically unsubstantiated phenomenon in which, after eating a ridiculous amount of animal flesh, one's body is overtaken by a severe bout of protein-based...

That's damn near factory '04 STi numbers. Right off the lot, an STi from that generation typically made 285 whp / 265 wtq. on a Mustang Dyno. So you're doing pretty good!!!

    Canada - Octane Formula Calculations

Great article for our Canadian members! https://www.autotrader.ca/newsfeatures/20171117/fuel-octane-numbers-explained/ [Excerpt] "...As an apocryphal aside, high-end VW tuner HPA has noticed that their roughly 500 hp turbocharged builds seem to do much better on US-grade 91 octane than on...

    93 vs 94 octane?

    93 vs 94 octane?

From what I recall (without going back and doing some reading) the octane numbers on the pump in many other parts of the world ---Europe, Australia, etc.--- are not necessarily equal to ours in the States. Whether this applies to Canada or not, I am not sure. But I seem to remember that you...

Re: The Official Food, Cooking & Gardening Thread Smoked venison burgers! They came out perfectly medium-well after 80 minutes at ~200 degrees over hickory wood chips. My only critique would be to use either half as much (1 cup, rather than 2) wood chips or a more mild wood, than hickory...

    Towing??

Off the top of my head, that doesn't sound too crazy. That said, what kind of terrain do you expect to be towing on? i.e. I've seen people tow small boats with an Outback, but that was in the Florida Keys where the trip is verrrry short distances and there is no elevation change at all...
