slight clunk when pushing in the clutch...

Hey Everyone,
Just wondering if anyone has had this issue? I have coilovers and a stage1 clutch with a lightweight flywheel...among other things. When I shift hard, I get the rear diff bumping... but now when I push the clutch in, while sitting still, it gives a very slight bump or thud sound. Any ideas?

sorry it took so long to get back to you on this, I have been trying to buy a house from overseas...not entirely easy. I appreciate the help on this. Yes, the sound in question only happens when taking load OFF, not when putting load on. In short, whenever I push the clutch IN. I do get the annoying clunk when shifting hard and will definitely be taking your advice on that issue. Thanks for anything you can offer!
