Those two codes popped up on mine in January, on my AP was able to monitor the avcs and the ocv not sure about 07 but for my 04 needed to remove three filters in the banjo bolts for the oil lines two on top of the heads up front and one back under the turbo. It is recommended by subaru to remove them.
