Hey Everyone,

I thought I would add my build since I have been on here for a while and have been working on this build for a while now. She has gone through a few different stages to get where she is now and its not done.

Goal

I want to make a car capable of competing in the local road race and time attack events with the end result hitting Targa NF for at least one go at it since I am not made out of money lol and It's on the other side of the country haha.

The alcons are great, they allow me to dive in, since I can brake a lot later then most people here and no fade at all.

here is a video of the car.. little story behind the crappy driving, I melted the ewg boost ref line so it was on free spool lol crazy, when it happened I was coming out of turn 1 and she started screaming so a quick check of the boost gauge was showing maxed out (max is 30psi). This was done on the older setup (ts 3076r) last summer.


so I went out again just to take a friend for a joy ride and she put her gopro right at the hood scoop, all I was trying to do is keep the car at around 25psi or less. Yes I know she sounds weird and its the only one I know that sounds like it.

It is attached by 8 bolts with spacers, I didnt make the splitter so I don't have the dimensions off hand.

Thought I should update this a bit more.


I have all the lashing measurements done and waiting on an email back from supertech about some info, once I get the info Ill be ordering the parts and then get the heads back together.

I have taken the rear diff apart but the out side of the bearing holders are in bad shape, the holes the bolts pass through broke 4 out of 12, So I will be ordering new ones along with a few different shims to align the diff.

I need to take the rear frame off to make some extra room for it, I feel it isn't sitting 100% in position and now that I have time ill fix it.

all I need to do is order some CF and get it mounted up properly.

and I went ahead and test fitted and cut a massive hole for the rear diff and tranny coolers.

I am aware that I probably didn't need the coolers but I had it laying around and the pumps so why not.

Also get the rear end back together minus the diff which I still need to order shims and bearing carriers.

looks slow!!! you should give the car to me haha but in all seriousness this car is done right, you have so many chassis etc parts i could only dream of, and that twin scroll kit looks sweet. didn't catch the company but it looks good.

serious question i have been thinking about front tubular crossmember (already ready have a m-1 subframe) and tubular rear diff holder. did you feel a difference with it vs stock? or what it just a weight shaving thing? i can read all i want about them from companies and how they help but want a real world testers answer.

keep up the great work. what kind of numbers do you hope to lay down or there isn't a specific one?

not sure if i was allowed to post that link, but just trying to help out. don't know anything about these as i never looked into them. so ignore it if its a crap setup, but if its something you need and he needs a local to pick it up. message me I'm sure i can help out somehow.
