Hmm a lil about me, I've been in Air Force for 8 years. I'm in Alaska now and it's beautiful but I'm ready for a warmer climate and a nice beach. I have had quite a few cars over the past 10 years; lol when I got the STi a friend asked if the ash tray got full in the last car (I don't smoke) anyway I am the proud owner of a 12' STi WRB sedan currently stage 1 w/COBB OTS I have a few other things done to it both performance and aesthetic. This is my second Subaru. My first was an 09' WRB WRX hatch, I couldn't pass up the STi when I came across it; and man am I glad I snatched it up.

I look fwd to interacting with you guys/gals.

Thanks guys! This forum seems refreshing already compared to some of the others mainly due to their vast number of members.

Alaska is a very different place compared to anywhere else I've been/lived both geographically "obviously" lol and I'd even venture to say culture here is different than any place in the lower 48, I've been stationed up here since early 2011 and will be driving out through the Yukon territory in about 6 months, and let me tell you that is one amazing drive!

oh I don't think it'll ever be done, but buying things slowly and tastefully is something I really enjoy, I'll share what I have so far:

On the Car currently:
SPT CBE
SPT Short throw shifter
COBB SF w/SF heat shield
RA Mud Flaps w/blue logo
SPT Vortex Generator
OEM 10" kicker
Map/Dome/License plate LED lighting "cool white"
Interior trunk LED lighting "amazing/easy upgrade!!!"
OEM All weather floor mats
Red tail light overlays "leaves only the reverse lights chrome"
Studded winter tires "So FUN!"

Ordered/On standby:
Upgraded from V2 to V3 COBB AP "in the mail"
OEM window deflectors
Front/rear strut tower braces
SPT Boost guage
Dyno matte for rear deck lid "driving me nuts w/rattling"

Planned:
COBB Short throw w/front and rear bushings
COBB catted downpipe
Flossy weighted shift knob
Group N transmission/motor mounts
Perrin endlinks


I don't plan to adjust the ride height or any major suspension upgrades beyond what's already planned until I am back in the lower 48, it would just tear the car up here between the winter and summer craptastic road conditions, also we only have poor 90 Octane pump up here so we are forced to run 91ACN maps; there are plenty of guys that go stage 2+ but I'd rather not stress the motor "I drive like a normal camry commuter 90%" so stage 1 will remain on the car just like any suspension upgrades or lip kits I have planned so the Downpipe will probably be much later"

so there you have it, my tastefully modded "might be in the eye of the beholder" and planned upgrades.
