Commercial/residential? and maintenance/ install? Commercial install is where it's at. Did a ton of residential installs growing up... Dad works for a commercial installer still, we had a family business doing residential installs, but people didn't want to pay on time and between that and taxes the business went under.

Both commercial and residential install/maintenance. Have a ton of fertilizer customers and service all of RI, SE MA and E CT. We are mostly residential but do a fair share on commercial. It's def a tough business but we get alot of prepays and won't do a job with a down payment.
