Today I added the Torque Solution Billet Aluminum Stop Tranny Mount. Well now since this has made a huge difference I'm going to order the rest of the kit from them and change out the other mounts out as well! DANG YOU MODS! :rambo:

If you get the engine mounts I found that the bottom studs are removable. I changed the to a bolt instead. Much easier I thought putting them in.

It took some thought, some research and some more thought but once I started took about an hour.

But I see that you have already taken out the IC to put in the pitch stop mount so all you need to do from there is unhook the pitch stop mount. remove the two nuts from the engine mounts. 1 for each. And then jack up the motor from the oil pan just high enough that the stud passes the sub-frame. Or you can do what I did and just saw the stud off. Makes it much easier to remove. Since that was my plan from the beginning I did not have to remove anything or un-bolt anything except for the engine mounts. Also remember to check the torque specs for each bolt and nut. Oh and a flex head ratchet wrench is a must for this job.

I dont know about jacking from the oil pan. Why not from the trans?

I didn't try that. But if you do the oil pan you will have to put a piece of wood on the jack to protect the pan. It will not hurt the pan. If you do it from the trans I feel like you are putting a ton of stress on the trans and the bolts that connect it to the motor. But if you try it and it works let us know.

Very. I loved the custom rally one also, but I love carbon fiber, and want to take my STi in a different direction.
