My mystery springs

So on saturday I was cleaning the undercarriage of road filth, and got into the wheel wells while I had the tires off to balance them.

I had always thought I had stock STi springs, but when I started rubbing all the built up road grime off the springs, low and behold to my surprise they are purple underneath all the grime.

Anyone have any idea what manufacturer makes purple springs?

Whole spring is purple.....
They are the same shade of purple as royal purple synthetic fluids uses for their bottles.

Tanabe NF210? Looks like they come in red AND purple.

Could also be intrax?

I wonder if they have any numbers, hot stamped into the spring that you could read and cross reference.

I am going to get more degreaser (i ran out) and another brush to get them all cleaned off all the way and see if I can find any ID marks on them.
They look like the Tanabe as they have the rubber protectors in the middle too as seen here:

thanks for pointing out the possibilities, its a jungle out there with so many brands. Now I have a few reference points.
