Yellows I think are an even spring rate front/rear at around 330lbs. Should be a nice sporty feel with some forgiveness. Drop appears to be around 10mm for the newer cars. Figure about 5mm more after settle.
Swift spec r would be a bit stiffer in the rear with that higher spring rate. This should help a bit with understeer but with a touch less forgiveness. Drop at 25mm with a 30mm after settle.
Both are really good springs and honestly is a tough decision.
I've heard good things from eibach, as well. Drop on them is more in the middle at 20mm with a spring rate ending in the low 400's with slightly more in the rear.
Being progressive rates, they all should yield a decent ride when just cruising.
