I think your taking the right approach. Anything beyond 450hp at the crank is pushing the stock block. 380whp is about where you want to be with little risk IMO.
380whp is still 500whp crank unless my math is wrong. Stock puts down 225. 225/300= .75, 380/ .75= 506.
Regardless it will be a safe tune with only 19-20 PSI.
I thought the drive train takes away only about 65-75hp leaving you with an estimated 445-455.
Oh god what do you have in store for me now... I fear I may not have the energy to compete right now but I will gladly argue in the morning.)
