I know absolutely nothing about Tactrix, how to log with it and so forth... Sooooo...not an easy decision to make and the AP is a good tool.

Rom raider is the go to place. People on there are Subaru exclusive and they have their own forum. They'll teach you how to log and tune it yourself.

That's weird. Did it give you a report? Since it's java, it usually tells you what happened during the install.
Nope, the install window just sits blank forever at a certain point during the install. It never moves forward. It's not frozen though, you can still click buttons in the window. No idea what's going on.
Huh, maybe try deleting the zip and exe file for 0.5.8 and try it again. If it hangs up again, I would use the next latest version. I have 0.5.7 right now and it runs flawlessly.
Their site only has the .8 variant.
