Who knows, but it sure is disheartening to leave these cards everywhere and never see a single one of them join.

That's exactly where I put cards too. I think it's pretty hard to miss in that location and the wind doesn't blow them away.

I used to put them on the windshield for my car club... It didn't usually work. So I started putting them there for every car card I have... It works a lot better lol

Totally agree but I don't think anyone has ever joined because of my cards.
Don't be discouraged. I literally, left on cars or handed out, well over 25 cards before anyone ever joined because of it.
