I probably make about 6 dinners a week as well and just got the wife and me on a protein drink kick to see if I can drop a bit if body fat and gain some muscle mass at the same time
Basically my issue is I don't eat breakfast and eat crappie fast food for my lunches on my work days so I'm drinking whey protein shakes with Chia seeds in them for breakfast and lunch on my work days. I also bring a couple hard boiled eggs as a snack then I eat my dinner when I get home.
I figured it's a food way to cut terrible food out of my diet and I'll save some money as well
