Finally updated the first post. Just under applications you post it right? Didn't see directions for anywhere else.

There is a stickie there.

Man I just finished up a long day of maintenance work.

-Greased end-links and front and rear bushings on the sway bars.
-Painted the hot side pipe.
-Wraped cold-side and removed old paint.
-Upper coolant tank delete.
-Cleaned up some plumbing in the engine bay.
-Brake check.
-Finally got the engine harness OFF THE ENGINE. LOL.

What's awesome is there are apparently no votes and no contenders for September STi of the Month, JJ and I are the only two votes and I am pretty sure mine doesn't count :) hahah.

In awesome news today, car was boost cutting at 5psi...I am scared. It's probably from fooling around with all of my hoses etc.

It only takes one vote. Wait till you see the calendars my friend. They rock.

Today I had a fuel cut not a boost cut. I took some time after work and found that one of my fittings on my driver's side fuel rail was loose!! OMG. Now that that is resolved I continued to clean up the engine bay. Crankcase breather hoses that connect to the middle one were only 3/8????? No idea why that was installed like that on my behalf. It was probably when I had no idea what I was doing or no clue how the system worked. I changed them to proper emission hose in 5/8.

Sadly there was the dreaded milky substance in the breather hoses...I will have to keep an eye on it. I also cleaned up the top line of the AOS and made it fit properly without all the slack, still debating on if I should heat shield it or not?

Radiator Hose

Top radiator hose keeps collapsing?! W T F.

Since the top tank delete, I am wondering if the system is being sucked dry? The car isn't over heating or anything, but I am on sure if my overflow tank is too low or two high and it's messing with the vaccuum or something like that.:roll:

That is strange. What hoses you have?

I understand that it was vaccum, but what I dont understand is that I burped the air out and waited until the T stat opened and there is even tons in the overflow for it to suck out. I might throw it back, we will see. Ive seen it deleted a ton of times, maybe I am missting something.

I think it is just because of the fact that my overflow can is lower than the radiator. I am going to set it up at the same height tomorrow. I am removing my windshield washer fluid tank tomorrow and that will give me some more room.

Just going to sway the lines with the IC sprayer!!

I don't have numbers to post just yet, but we road tuned the car today on 22 psi again, but since the hYdra was acting up, I will be contacting them tomorrow. Car's electrical system HATED it.

back to RomRaider at 22psi. CAR. RIPS. Going to try and get some dyno numbers this week.

I will post them on facebook and then here. Car is at 22psi, 75% IDC (1100cc) 8300 redline, MAF is maxxed which is why we threw down only 22 psi. Car pulls ALLL the way through...22/26 degrees uptop.

Not sure if there is a calculator anywhere that does that rough math.

I didn't think 07 STI could do speed density with Rom Raid?! If that is the case, I would gladly do it.

For the Log, what would you guys like, I am going to assume:

1. Time
2. RPM
3. TPS??

Anything else?

I'm not sure whether there is OEM ecu SD support for the 32bit ECU's - the SD 'hack' is based on the 16 bit Group N Rom. I would most definately be interested in it is if it is available - I'm already hitting 4.8v on the MAF with an 80mm intake...

Oh - and for the virtual dyno logs you want to log the following, at a minimum:

Engine Load
Manifold Relative Pressure (or absolute - but the direct variable - so the 4 or 2 byte parameters)
Engine Speed / RPMs
Wideband AF (not necessary, but preferable)
Throttle Plate position

and to be exactly accurate:

atmospheric pressure
intake temperature

You'll also need your exactly tire measurements, and what gear the pull was done in.

I think mine is a 76mm intake. I as going to get a megaMAF from KStech awhile ago, but never went with it. I mean, I do have a hYdra...lol so who cares :)
