VF39 Rebuild.

So been reading a few articals on turbo rebuilds. one said that the VF39 can not be rebuild. is this true? If I can rebuild it any advice on a good rebuild kit.

6 star speed is a company that will do it. It's actually kinda a cool upgrade to the OEM turbo. Im sure others do the same thing, too, but I dont know of any DIY kits.
