Whats your sleep schedule?

I got a free fitbit that tracks sleep for you. I know for a fact that it doesn't do a great job, but its at least an interesting data point.

Over the last 30 days I have averaged:

Sleep at 11:12
Awke at 6:24

12% Awake
23% REM
48% Light
16% Deep

Sleep schedule is usually 9:30 -10:30PM week nights and wake up @ 4:50 AM for the gym. Weekends are up in the air and depends on how much I drink lol.
