Workout Thread

Ok So I have yet to get a gym membership. I have been just working out at home. Been doing pull ups (Perfect Pullup Bar), push ups (Perfect Pushup), and then JUST STARTED P90X last night. Now After that, my ab's are on fire, but feeling good. Gotta get the body ready for summertime, not to mention, jack the arms up so I can start my half sleeve. :)
What else does everyone do? What is your workout regiment?
 
I do 45min to 1 hour of cardio (Elliptical, Treadmill, Push Ups, and Cycling) then I work on a certain body part like Mondays I do Chest and Biceps and Triceps, Tuesday Shoulders and Back, Wednesday Legs, Thursday Full body.. I have P90X and I did it for a straight week, I just cant work out at home.. But I learned a lot of new things..
