Well I think it might be a good idea to check your load compensations. What this does is address the closed loop fuel trims based on rpm vs manifold absolute pressure. It will further smooth out any errors in trim.
The next thing you should do is open loop fueling but you really cant do that with out the boost issue resolved first. I really don't want to do that until you have a chance to verify the boost. As you know I'm not convinced the MAP sensor is working properly. Also you should find a way to hook a computer up so we can log the wide-band. At the very least you want to verify that your actual AFR's are close to what is defined in your primary fuel tables for open loop fueling.
The third thing is optimize your timing.
