Heat isolation and retention. WRAP THAT RASCAL!

I have one but i dont drive my car in the winter anymore. From the few times i drove before the snow and salt, it noticed temps were lower and didnt climb as fast, let alone much compared to no wrap. I have the 2 temp sensors from the tmic modulator that i can see at all times.

Ill do a thorough comparison this spring/summer.

Downpipe and turbo wraps are still holding strong.
Snap closures are doing well.
Stainless zip ties will have to be used for the DP if it wants to walk on you. I'm sure internal ties or other gizmos could be used but I don't have that time or resources.

I may try to use thread on the next one instead of hog rings.

You should be getting very little to no heat transfer from the turbo with the blanket on. The blanket will eliminate heat soak of the intercooler by way of the turbo.
