3053. You are correct, most velociraptors were not as large as the Jurassic Park movies made them out to
be. However, I think there may have been one species/subspecies that was 4-5 feet tall. I'll do some research
and get back on that.
Either way, hunting in packs, I'm sure they could screw us up bad.

3054. I guess the 4-5 feet tall measurement I saw would have been more accurate if they were more specific.
It looks like the biggest ones were about 2 feet tall AT THE HIP, so I guess 4 feet at the head might be reasonable
in cases of the largest specimens.

Speaking of hearing: At birth, the human ear can hear sounds as low as 20 Hertz (lower than most speakers/subs even go) and as high as 20,000 Hertz. The limits usually fall off with age.

This video does a good job at showing you how you cant hear the low frequencies (but also remember: your speakers/headphones arent even capable of playing the sound at 20hz!)
