This generator is about 17000 pounds it powers trains. That's after 3 hrs of tearing into it we rewind the stator and rotor in house

7400 no we do anywhere from a 5 hp and up lol

7401 ... yea i am adding a fuse and new on/off switch to a 60 ish year old 3/4 hp motor. Killed the on/off switch when i got a drill bit stuck in a pieace of 1/4" thick mild steel while fabricating mounting brackets for my air compressor. so hopefully the new 16amp 125v switch and 10 amp fuse will help protect the old motor.

7408. Yeah the biggest stator we worked on I could stand up in and extend my arms fully to touch the top. It came apart n halfs and took two of our ten ton cranes to lift lmao

7409. The quickest turn around we had was 2 days on a 700hp motor just because it had a big local steel plant shut down. It was crazy there was a guy from the steel mill there 24/7 as soon as it was done we loaded it up a delieveried it and balanced it.

7410... dam i can only imagine how much money that steel plant was losing an hr when the motor went out... so gotta ask the question....did they at least request a quote for a backup motor, in the event that there motor goes out again?

7411 yea. We are actually in the act of taken all their spare motors and see what they need. For spares and have a warehouse for all their motors

7412 so all we have to do is when they call is ask for which motor is down go to warehouse grab it. Install it and then repair the damaged one and set it in warehouse
