Cool. Was gonna do red stars but decided to keep it more discreet. They're cheap so swapping in the future may happen.

Got some tint for the third brake light and to overlay the crappy fading VHT. Oh and the headlights.
And the wife's car since hers keeps yellowing and I'm not paying the cash for new ones. Figured it would be a protective barrier.

It's the subaru sport mesh grille. Much cleaner IMO.

Rock chops ftw!! They are either new or my touch up paint keeps flaking out. I just don't keep up with them anymore. Lol

Dont worry. Mine has them too. Although no rocks chips on my carbon fiber hood shockingly. Been rocking it out for 2 years now and through the winter too. Didnt crack or anything. Still perfectly fine. Its part of the DD crap. Hows your front bumper? :lol:

Is the sport mesh grille an oem accessory? Or just aftermarket?

Front bumper looks like someone loaded 3-1/2 inch magnums with rock salt and blasted away. Severe pitting but no paint missing.
The paint on this thing is a joke a freaking laughing joke. Lol

A word to the wise, VHT wears off over time. Mine were cleared and they still degraded, bought 2.5 yeArs from literally black to this. Going to respray today and then put a film over them.

Maybe it only happens if you use a lot of coats to get it that dark? I put on 2 light coats on my tails when I bought the car 3 years ago and are sill fine. It's not that big of a difference when you look only at my rear end. If you compare my rear end with a stock rear end side by side, the difference is very noticeable. :lol:

Ok, now that it wore off, remove it completely and put a new fresh new coat on for the next 2.5 years! :lol:

What film are you putting over them?!

Three coats base initially and two clear. One side was considerably lighter than the other. I got to thinking and believe it is the way the car is parked at work. The lighter side gets the most UV / sun exposure.
I'll clear or light smoke vinyl them next weekend. Give em time to cure.

Definitely want to see what they'll look like before and after. So you better post pictures! :tup:
