This runs me right around $300 to $350 to make and I sell them for around $400 including the display and fuel lines if required. I would have to coordinate with you on the lines because they are custom. I can sell it to you at cost plus shipping. I just want to recoup everything I put in.

Installation is no more work than installing a gauge or any other piece of electronics.

Once I get it off the engine, I will. I just figured I give you guys first dibs on it. Speaking of which...does that seem like a reasonable price? I could let it go for cheaper if you are a forum supporter. ;-)

More progress tonight. Down to a long block.

Now to disassemble the timing, remove the heads and strip anything reusable off the old shortblock before I sell it.

I also have some corrosion abatement to do. Those headers look terrible. I'll clean that snail up reeeeal nice too. It'll look like new.

I try to make it as plug and play as possible. Much like the cobb kit I would give you all the hardware need to hook the sensor up to the fuel lines. Do you have any after market fuel lines and rails installed or is it largely stock?

This plus fittings and hoses for fuel and boost is typically what you would get...

Everything looks good. Will this interface with Cobb tuning? I have a V3 AP and plan to go to a Cobb tuner.

There?s a special tool to loosen those bolts made by company 23. There?s one for Intake, one for exhaust and one to install new timing belt. I would order/barrow them before removing the cam gears.

That's what I was trying to avoid, but then again, I don't want to ruin the valves. So I just ordered the 3 tool set.

When it comes to maintenance for changing the timing belt the tools pay for themselves. Also, when pulling the cam bolts would not hurt to have extra set of hands to hold the cam wrench in place while you use a 10mm Allen socket and breaker bar to loosen the bolt. I have pulled those cam bolts many times and honestly it?s the worst set of bolts on that motor to pull. Especially the plastic cam gears.
