Im only stage 2, so it doesn't have a ton of power. Its a 6-speed. Driving along at 80mph in 6th this morning, all of a sudden there was a loud whining noise. I put it in neutral, but it kept making noise until I stopped. Right before I stopped it ground to a halt. I wasnt even driving it in a fun way, just cruising!

You could leave it in neutral, and with the clutch out there was a rotational noise.

I was going to replace the clutch anyway, so at least I already have that. When I stopped there was a large cloud of clutch smoke that had been trailing me. At first I thought it was the engine, but there is no smoke from the exhaust, and the oil level is good.
