Oh wow. That makes 2 people showing me that I need to cook them. Baking them was good! Cooking looks 10 times better! Looks like I'll be cooking myself some zucchini tomorrow and smashing on it with avocado! I'm thinking avocado for breakfast as well. We shall see!

I followed bats recipe except I added fresh onions and fresh garlic to the oil and let it melt for about 15 over a simmer.
I also made some with a simple breading. Milk, eggs and flour. Dipped them in the eggs/milk and then floured them. Those came out really well, too.

I wish you all could have a sushi night with me. We have friend that's a chef and he closes his cafe for us for a private party about twice a year. About 40 of us dine on a fresh sushi and sashimi dinner. 5-7 courses.
This guy is amazing. All sorts of rolls and other concoctions along with beer and saki!

Wouldn't you rather drive there?! You'd get the chance to annihilate your suspension completely passing from New York into New Jersey!

Our roads here aren't much better plus we have no shortages of turnpikes! You'll feel right at home. Lol

Damn man, so what part of the USA has the best roads then?

That's a tough call. The SE has SOME areas that sport pristine pavement. No snow/ice has it's advantages as far as pavement longevity goes..same with SOME places in the SW.

New Mexico, Colorado and Arizona seem to do a nice job. Texas has a pretty nice roads. Kansas actually seems to put some money into theirs as well.
They did a comparison on the news a while back and compared Kansas and Oklahoma. Kansas has a smaller population and thus a smaller tax base but has more money allotted to their roads. Same with Arkansas.
Oklahoma is corrupt and does not put forth money for infrastructure. When they do, they use the buddy system and get shoddy work from good ole boy contractors for substandard work. Reason why out of state contractors won't bid on work here.
I could go on and on. Lol

This was my face for the hour I cruised today:

First, before I get carried away..... The things that were changed on my car today:

1) Replaced front end links with brand new autozone ones.
2) Replaced rear end links with white line ones.
3) Replaced rear sway bar bushings with polyurethane ones.
4) Exhaust was tightened down completely. (no more banging underneath)

So..... To start off: The only noises I hear now is my squeaky clutch and not so often rear strut clunking. There is no more constant banging underneath the car. I didn't mind it at all, but now it's like a blessing just driving with no noise. It's making me enjoy the car THAT much more. Second, HOLY TIGHTNESS! Damn man, the car is even stiffer than before...... When I was coasting on the highway, those bridge to pavement bumps toss the car up and down like crazy. Something I didn't really feel as much as I do now. Third, holy shit turns are EVEN MORE fun to take hard! I need to find time to replace as many of the bushings that I can. I can't do the front sway bar and other front end parts that requires taking the u-brace off. That's just way too much work for a garage, rather than 5 minutes on a lift/in a shop. I'm happy happy now with the surreal stiffness in that rear end. I can only imagine what having all the bushings replaced and coils will do. That will have to be the true meaning of "the car is on rails"
