Ok, some quick googlefu, it's definately integrated into the air pump, although you can simply reconnect the harness back into the sensor part and quote unquote let it dangle there.

The RomRaider link was a good find TD.

Fugi I think that is exactly what we were seeing the other day on your car no? Remember your boost was reading suspiciously low and your idle vacuum was way low?

Still struggling to get the car in to the shop, work is swamping me - hopefully tomorrow...

I'll still be here (unless I'm hit by a bus or something) so no rush for me. :D

Well, she went in this morning finally, get the downpipe and bung rewelded, plus a couple of other bits and pieces - finally, my BC coilovers have arrived, so they're being fitter; refit the atmospheric pressure sensor from the secondary air pump (which was obviously in the shop); put a nice little fabricated carbon fibre lip on the front; and fit a couple of important gauges, oil and water temp, and pressure.

Should have her back Mon/Tues, and we can continue - and this time with a working wideband (although we need to still clean up the closed loop - stuttering badly between 2000 and 3000 - difficult to say if it's vac leak, tune, just glad the mechanical are getting sorted out so we can isolate those variables).

Guess what arrived? My Whiteline swaybars! Haven't had a chance to really open up, but on cursory inspection it looks like it made it across the seas unscathed... Got nailed by customs, but yeah, what can you do :( Still less than half what I would have paid to bring them in through a local distributor!

Can't wait to get these on! I think I'll do these myself, given that I'm set up now - looks like it's not too difficult.

Alright, picking her up tomorrow, ok, I got lazy and just dropped off the sway bars at the shop now since they are busy pulling the suspension apart, makes sense ;) Wrapping the downpipe whilst it's out as well.

On the sensor - didn't get to see it Fuji, but chatted to the mechanic - he said it was actually very straightforward to disassemble the secondary pump, and that the sensor is quite small (so, easy to zip tie up at the back).

Yeah, picking her up tomorrow with new coilovers and now the whiteline sways, woohoo, time to throw her around some corners

To use a South African expression, Yebo Yes!

Won't get a chance to drive logs tonight though - where should we continue - clean up closed loop I would think, and then open loop?

As a matter of interest - I gather open loop will require a number of WOT pulls - normally on dyno it's 4th gear, whilst on the road for obvious reasons, it's likely to be 3rd gear - is that likely to make a significant difference?

Yeah we should just clean up the closed loop stuff. I wanted to verify the MAF calibration and make adjustments to your compensation tables. I think this is the source of your stumbling issue.

For open loop you will do WOT pulls for both. One of them in third and one in fourth. This should cover a wider load range. But we'll get to that later.

When you log make it at least 1/2 hour of normal driving both on the highway and around town. Try to duplicate your stumble often.

Will do, will hopefully get a chance to do a nice long drive tomorrow, I have a fairly good idea how to replicate the stumble consistently.

Love the new thread, by the way - enjoying the site, much less crap to sift through...

That's my issue with the other site now - it's like wading through treacle to find the gems of info (which inevitably sit in older threads, there's a surprise).
