NOS is horrible for you man. Give that shit up! Water or sports drink. That way when you want to drink alcohol your system is already hydrated and you are less likely to have a hangover :tup:

Water doesnt do it for me on mornings that I start at 3am. I drink water throughout the day but in the morning its NOS. I dont drink soda, just water, milk, gatorade,fruit juices, and the occasional NOS. Sweet tea is my only vice. I dont drink alcohol hardly ever anymore.

for those early mornings I will drink some sort of tea. Either Chai, Earl Grey or green Tea. But that is just what works for me. I was hooked on energy drinks when I was in Iraq, then continued drinking them when I got back stateside and couldn't sleep at all. When I stopped drinking them I got bad headaches but just powered through and eventually became less dependent on caffeine. I still eat the Cliff bars with caffeine when I ride but that doesn't stay in my system like a red bull or Monster. What I am trying to say is you can become less dependent on caffeine but it can be tough. I highly recommend it.
