Oh let me know how that works out. I wanted to do that to mine as well but I'm hesitant to mess with perfection right now. Currently my boost is solid all the way to red line but I don't know what it is going to do when I pump up the volume.

.......... -_-

Was hoping you already had done it and could give me pointers.....

Dropped the car off at the autobody shop today. Gonna have them fix a few door dings on the passenger side while they're working on the hail damage. Also leave for China in 12 hours, woot!

So after surfing the web I found an article saying that the head of sales for Mitsubishi has stated that after hearing so much uproar over killing the EVO they are going to make an EVO XI but it will be a hybrid to stay with Mitsubishi's Eco friendly plan.

It also said that it will have better performance than the current model(not hard). Here's my point, battery packs for a hybrid weigh anywhere from 600-1200 lbs. How in the hell are they going to improve performance. Oh, and the EVO XI will be NA with electric motor acting as the turbo.

This is a big reason I hate tree hugging hippies. A sports sedan and eco friendly should never be in the same sentence.

None of Honda's hybrids are "effecient". If you compare a gasoline honda civic to a hybrid honda civic the extra 2mpg to not overcome the extra cost associated with a hybrid. Sad part is that the government keeps pushing these hybrids on us and their own studies have shown that the average american keeps their car for 4 to 5 years, a hybrid does not pay off its extra cost in gas savings till year 5 or 6. So it might feel great to pull up to the pump every two to three weeks, but you are still losing money.

I really dont need to get started on the "green car" debate, my blood boils when I look at how the government is killing the right of the enthusiast to enjoy driving. CAFE standards are a joke, hybrids are POS that are the same as a boat i.e. a money pit after 6 years. If the government was so concerned about independence from foreign oil, we would be driving cars running on methane. Universities of Pennsylvania, Oklahoma, and North Dakota did a report for congress giving the easiest, fastest, most cost effective energy alternative solutions for cars. Only methane met the standard. Heres something you dont here liberals talking about. Study showed that the entire fuel infrastructure could be switched over in a span of MONTHS after refineries were established. EVERY car would require some part for the motor which I cant remember right now that would only cost the owner $75 to $150 dollars to buy. Fuel prices would drop to $0.27 a gallon AFTER TAXES! Never ending renewable source of fuel. Emits pure H2O from the exhaust. WHY ARE WE NOT USING THIS?!?!?!?
