fallenone121's 06 WRB STI Build

Chris, make sure you're going for a Big Maf Intake and the FP inlet. The FP inlet is 84mm. If you try to mate any other turbo inlet to it in stock location things are not going to work right. I also noticed you don't have anything for the engine itself. A strong longblock with some cams would be what I recommend here. I have a little plan for valve sizing to go with my FP black. I can tell you straight up where stock heads will max out with a TMIC on 93 OCT. Good thing is that even though it's a 35R sized turbo, the darn thing spools fast!

I think the cobb intake I was looking at was standard...because I was matching it with the cobb kit that lets a CAI use the snorkel without extra mods.

I put on the pictures that I dont know much about internals to add them to the list.

I would be willing to add them to the list but it will take longer to get the money together for parts and labor but knowing absolutely nothing aout internals I have little to work with.

I could always nab the big maf cobb intake (since its the same price as the one on my list) and let the pros handle the grunt work.

I would just need to find out what I need to put down for the internals and labor for that stuff.

Are you suggesting the same kinds of internals that Cherry put in on the Cherry build?

How much of the parts on my list can Spec Ops get? xD

It would certainly save on shipping when I did my ordering if I just ordered everything through Spec Ops to Spec Ops and just drove to NC for the install...that way when I get there most of the stuff can be done prior.

Just have to save up the money for the parts and the install.

Let me know what on my list I need, what you would replace with what, and what I need for internals :)

Trying to plan out the kind of money I will need before I start getting things done.

Since I will need Engine, Drivetrain, and Exhaust in one go due to tuning - I know that alone will be expensive and will take a bit of saving to do it.

Would rather do it right the first time since my only other car right now is my firebird and I would rather sell that for money for parts.

I figure since my only income presently is 1440$ per month from VA benefits from being 80% disabled...and I put forward around half that for car payments, insurance, and rent...this will take a while xD

30-35k at 700 a month...thats 6000$ a year...

I might be able to do things in 5 - 6 years muahahahhahaha...

Individual Unemployability is pending and I should hear an answer about that this week...that would double my income.

The COBB intake is too small for what your shooting for. You will need a 70mm or larger intake and a good inlet pipe. I like the APS ones personally but their out of production and hard to find now.

Let me know your suggestions and if it can be found I will try to fit in on my list and nab it.

I dont mind going larger than what I have on the list. I am a large fan of function over look.

I openly welcome advice that would lead to list changes.

Just a matter of money and availability.

While I have money I will likely buy what is on the list in chunks at a time and do the install all at once.

Unfortunately I couldnt afford a GR xD

A 36000$ car is a little out of my budget...so I went for 25000$ and then planned to do upgrades.

Will be adding KSTECH 83mm MegaMAF in place of the COBB standard CAI & MAF

In the end its only about 75-50$ more for nearly 30mm more air.

Babygirl will be taking DEEEEEP breaths. No more panel inhaler.
